Our Motion LED Golf Balls have an 8 minute timer. Once the ball is hit, the LED automatically turns on and stays illuminated for 8 minutes, before switching itself off.

Our LED Golf Balls have a battery life of approximately 50 hours of use. With each activation lasting up to 8 minutes, the ball can be used for hundreds of shots before the battery runs out.The battery is built into the ball and is not rechargeable

Our LED Golf Balls are designed to handle the impact of being hit with a golf club. The internal electronics are securely enclosed within the ball, so they won’t break apart when struck.

They are built for repeated use and designed to withstand the high-impact conditions of normal golf play.

During testing, we found a problem: if the ball timed out before it was found, it could be difficult to locate again. Adding a traditional on/off switch wasn't a practical solution for a golf ball. So, we went back to the drawing board and developed a light-activated design, creating a simpler and more practical way to activate the ball.

The LED golf balls were an important step in developing our technology, but our original vision has always been bigger. Now, through our partnership with Chipling, we have moving back to the idea that started it all: trackable golf balls designed to help golfers locate and follow their shots.So, we went back to the drawing board and developed a light-activated design, creating a simpler and more practical way to activate the ball.

How long does it take to find a ball in high rough?

The Smart balls can generally be found in less than 1 minute. It will take a bit of practice the first few times, but even our most vigorous tests never took longer than 2 -3 minutes.

The terrain and obstacles surrounding the ball will affect the transmission of signals. In general the signal gets picked up from a distance of 30 meters.

GPS location information can be easily off by 10 yards/meters. We use GPS in the App to ease the search by painting the search path and pattern on the course.

Yes, our smart balls use a robust technology and are designed with Bluetooth 4.1 (BLE). Our solution has been tested and certified by Bluetooth and complies to the FCC regulations.

What happens if I hit my ball into water?

Our smart balls unfortunately, can‘t swim. If you are not comfortable, save your smart balls for “real” fairways, use a standard ball instead. You will be able to see the splash just as well.

No. all our products are  carefully counter-balanced to compensate for there electronics.

This helps ensure the added technology has minimal effect on the ball’s balance, flight and overall performance, so you can enjoy the benefits of an illuminated/trackable golf ball without compromising your game.

Our balls play just like regular golf balls, even once the battery has run out. You can continue using the ball as a normal golf ball until it is completely worn out.

Once the ball has reached the end of its life, please recycle it appropriately.

Yes. Our golf balls are made to the same size as regulation golf balls.
